Using Camlora

Camlora is software for streaming a camera you control to devices on a trusted local network. You are responsible for having permission to capture, view, record and share the people and places in the picture or audio.

Supported use

The release is designed for Android phones and Windows 11 x64 virtual-camera use. Browser viewing depends on browser support. Performance and app compatibility vary. Do not use Camlora as an emergency, medical or safety-critical monitoring system.

Network and device security

Use trusted networks only. Streams are unencrypted, and video, snapshots and status remain accessible to devices that can reach the phone. A controls password is not a password for the entire video feed. Do not expose Camlora’s port to the internet or bypass operating-system security prompts.

Free and Pro

The free Android app includes a video watermark and may display banner ads. Pro removes the Camlora watermark and banner ads through a one-time Google Play purchase. The price and currency shown by Google Play at purchase time apply. Purchases, cancellations and eligible refunds are handled through Google Play’s applicable process. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Software and ownership

Camlora and its branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party software is subject to its own notices and licences. No affiliation with or endorsement by meeting-app, device or platform vendors is implied.

Availability and support

Software can contain errors and depend on changes in operating systems, devices and receiving apps. Review release notes and compatibility before updating. Stop using the app if it interferes with normal device operation.
